ここ数年、とても質が下がった印象です。 ・車検から帰ってきた車の発煙筒の使用期限が過ぎてました。確かに車検で期限の指定はないですが、チェック項目にも記載されてるものをディーラーは期限切れにしておくのでしょうか? ・ワイパーにここで買った風受けを取り付けたのですが、その後ワイパー買い替えた時に、その購入した風受けごと処分されました。見てわかるような物だし、別の形状のワイパーに買い替えたわけでもないのに・・・ ・事故後、修理に出したら、ウィングが無い状態で返ってくる(もう論外) とくに印象に残った3つを上げましたが、些細なことも数えればほんとに多い。さすがに信用がた落ちですね。営業や受付の方はとてもいい人達なんですが…
