スタッフの方の対応も、丁寧で良かったです。
 Previously it was annex with Toyota Rental & Lease, but now it is annex with Lexus.
The staff's response was also polite and good.

予約もきちんと取って行ったのにも関わらずこの対応には腹が立ちました。
When I brought it with the 18-crown recall, a car whose inside was not cleaned at all was prepared as a substitute.
I was angry at this response even though I made a reservation properly.
