핸드폰의 사진을 여기서 출력하기 위해서는 어플을 깔아야 하고, 거기서 인증번호 같은 걸 받으면 된다. 가면 컴퓨터가 있는데 거기 써있는 대로 하라는 대로 하면 됨. 사진이 출력되면 직원이 부르는데 그때 가서 사진을 확인하고 가격을 지불하면 된다.

撮影前、「髪しばったほうがいいですよ、パスポート、ビザは厳しいですから」と言ってきたくせに、実際撮ってみて私の髪がおでこにかかってるのに気づかず、画像の処理を進めていました。おでこにかかっていた私が悪いですが、プロなら気づくべきところではないかと思います。(結局私が気づいて撮り直ししてもらいました)
また、こちらが不安なことを聞いたら「知りません」と。結局、店内で自分で物差しをあてて、自分で写真に問題がないか確認することに。なのに、謝りもお礼もなく、しまいには「めちゃくちゃなこと言われてますよ」と店内で大声で言われました。
なんで、こんな怒られなきゃいけないのかと思い、泣いてしまいましたが、他の店員は知らぬふりでした。
写真の知識の前に接客の知識もありませんでした。二度と利用しません。

こちらの確認不足でもあるが事前に確認の電話を入れた上いくつか質問もされたのに、と腑に落ちない気持ちです。
