髙	髙橋一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トヨタと言う名前がついているのに、信じがたい対応でした。買う時ばかり、あれぞこれぞでした。全ての人がそのような人ではないとは思いたいですが残念です。６時ピッタリに留守電。連絡が取れない。時間外に電話するのもおかしいのですが、５時５８分に着信があり折り返しするとＮＧ。連絡すれば、投槍感のある（はい、はい、はい）名前は書きませんが。整備もお願いしたのに、整備されていませんでした。それについても、言った言わないでお客が悪い感じになり最後は知らぬ存ぜぬ。。。信頼していた分、裏切られた感。結局は人が店、トヨタブランドを汚してしまう。 Although it was named Toyota, it was a hard to believe correspondence. ム	ムラカニ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店時間間際に頼んだ自分も悪いのですが他店ですが車検を受け長距離でも走ろうかと思い岩手から山形まで走ってたところエンジンに不調ありとランプが付きオーバーヒートを起こしてるようだったのでこのお店を探しやっとのことで見付け、診てくれないかと頼んだところパーツがないのでできない、通常走行は問題なく今はランプがついてないので帰りは問題ないと思います。それに今は無料区間があるから早く帰れますよ。と言われ診るだけ見たから早く帰れと対応されました。世界のトヨタだから安心だと思っていたところこの対応だったので非常にショックを隠しきれませんオーバーヒートで不調を起こしてるのに高速道路を走ったら最悪どうなるか位想像つかないのだろうか？とも思いました。ちなみに帰り道の途中30分位でランプが付き１時間でオーバーヒートを起こしました。閉店時間間際で早く帰りたい気持ちもわかりますしパーツがなくて直せないのもわかりますがこの対応は会社のイメージを悪くするだけではないのかな？と思います。 I'm sorry that I asked just before closing time At another store, I received a car inspection and thought that I wanted to run for a long distance, and when I ran from Iwate to Yamagata, it seemed that the engine had a problem and a lamp was attached and it seemed that it was overheating, so I finally found this store and found it.
