★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を購入させていただきましたが、担当営業の方の対応が遅い。保険屋に連絡頼んだのにしてくれない。ナビが希望したのと違うなど様々な問題が起きました。他の営業の方はそんなことがないとは思いますが、私は今回の件でここでは買いたくありません。

うちでは、修理出来ないと帰されました。緊急事態宣言も出てないのに、新庄はこんなお店が多いのかな閉鎖的過ぎる。トヨタの看板が泣くよ。星は要らない。

外は雨降りで真っ暗でしたが、そんな時でも嫌がらずに優しく案内してくれ対応は、とても素晴らしい。
※他のトヨタ店なら、閉店時間過ぎに作業は絶対にしてくれない。
