山形駅には東口にもトヨタレンタリースがありますが、電話応対はこちらはとても丁寧でした。
店内は調度品もなく殺風景な感じもしますが、出発前と返却後のリラクゼーションサービスで、フリードリンクとフリーチョコ&キャンディが置いてあります。
待ち合わせや新幹線出発までの時間にパソコンワークし放題のフリー電源まで準備されて至れり尽くせりな喫茶スペースまであります。
仕事柄いろんなレンタカー屋さんを利用しますが、自身の知る限り、こんな快適なレンタカー屋さんは初めてです。
近い将来に全国のトヨタレンタリースがこちらのようになってくれることを切に願います。
また山形まで出張に来たらこちらを利用させていただきます。
It is a freshly made Toyota rental car.
There is a Toyota Rent-A-Car at the east exit of Yamagata Station, but the telephone response was very polite.
The interior of the store has no furnishings and looks bleak, but there are free drinks and free chocolates and candy for relaxation service before departure and after return.
There is even a coffee shop where you can work on your computer and have an all-you-can-eat free power supply before the meeting or departure of the Shinkansen.
I use various car rental shops for my work, but as far as I know, this is the first time for such a comfortable car rental shop.
I sincerely hope that Toyota Rent-A-Cars nationwide will look like this in the near future.
Also, if you come to Yamagata on a business trip, we will use this.
