駅から徒歩5分くらいです。トヨタレンタカーは出張時に良く利用しています。空港店での利用が多いけれどサービスは同じです。20時閉店がネツクですね。

フロントが二階と言う変わった作りです。 駐車スペースは狭く、出入りするのに車の入れ替えが必要です。洗車スペースも狭いので洗い方も雑だと感じました。

今まで数々のトヨタレンタリースを利用してきたが、この店の様に杜撰な扱いをされたのは初めてだ。 バンを借りたが、荷台が砂だらけだったり、フロアマットが動くから変だなと思ったら、マットがキチンと固定されていなかったり··· 営業開始5分前に店舗に入り「おはよう御座います」と挨拶したが、返事もない。 朝8時からの契約なんだから、営業開始前の訪問でも問題ないはず。 とにかく、こんなひどい店は初めて。 今まで、メーカー系だし、トヨタレンタリースだったら信頼できると思ってきたが、秋田だけは違うようでした。 ガッカリさせられました。

スタッフによって良し悪しが変わります。 普通に対応してくださる方が大半だと思いますが 私が電話対応で出られた男性スタッフは最悪でした。 声が小さいとか、滑舌が悪いとか、不愛想とかはさておいて、 ・いきなり何も言わずに保留 →10分以上待たせといて「お待たせいたしました」等も一切なし →そのことを軽く指摘したらふてくされたような態度 ・返答内容に誤りがある(後で別のスタッフから謝罪と訂正の電話) 私が期待しすぎなのかもしれませんが、最低限社会人として電話対応の基本的なマナーぐらい身に着けてほしいものです。

サイテーです。 webで特別装備品のスタッドレスタイヤをリクエストして、準備が出来たとのEメールをいただき、いざ当日受付したら、ノーマルタイヤでした。 準備出来なかったとスタッフ平謝り。 仕方ないからそのままレンタル。 返却後の領収書を後で見たら、しっかり特別装備品代として9900円を徴収。 サイアク!!!
