★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用しましたが、受付の女性職員が、普通の保険では事故を起こした時に、その車が使えなくなるので店が損害賠償を請求する事になる、更にその分の保険に入るようにと、脅し口調で言われたので驚きました。とんでもない店でした。
 I used it, but the female staff at the reception threatened to buy insurance for that amount because the car will be unable to be used when an accident occurs with ordinary insurance and the car will not be usable. I was surprised because I was told in tone. It was a ridiculous store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前に利用させてもらいました。カウンターの女性対応が大変悪く、上から目線という感じで、今までいろんなレンタカーを使わせてもらいましたが、ここのお店からの利用は嫌です！検索すると他の店舗もあり、秋田空港店と千秋店はよくしてもらいました。これからはそちらからの利用をします。
I used it a while ago. The counter does not handle women very well and I felt like I was looking at it from the top, so I have used various rental cars until now, but I hate using it from this store! There were other stores when I searched, and I got the Akita Airport store and the Chiaki store to do well. I will use it from now on.

どうしても車が利用したくて、すぐに借りられてよかったです。
旅行先のカーシェアでは忘れ物に本当に注意だ。

所長や女性社員の方は愛想もよく、困ったら神対応していただけるので愛用しております。
It is near the citizen market.
The director and female employees are very friendly, and if you have a problem, you can deal with God, so I love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評判がよろしくないので心配でしたが、全く問題ありませんでした。
女性の方に（行き返りとも）対応してもらいましたが、
親切で分かりやすい説明でした。
車もキレイで、楽しい旅になりました。
裏手にお手洗いはありますが、扉が閉まらず、和式ですので、
女性の方は事前に済ませてから来ると良いです。
また日が沈んだ後の駅までの裏通りは少し薄暗く、女性の独り歩きは避けた方が良いかも知れません。
（人通りはある程度あるので大丈夫だとは思いますが）
ガソリンは秋田市内で満タンにすれば良いというシステムでした。
なお平日(金)の夕方の、駅から少し離れた幹線道路は混みあうようです。
新幹線の時間ギリギリになってしまいました。

The system was to fill up the gasoline in Akita City.
In the evening of weekdays (Friday), the main road a little away from the station seems to be crowded.
The time for the Shinkansen has run out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田駅からは徒歩10分程度かかる。天候が悪くなければ問題ないが、天候が悪ければ遠い距離に感じるかもしれない。
It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Akita Station. If the weather is not bad, there is no problem, but if the weather is bad, you may feel that it is a long distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県外から秋田市内に入り、急遽レンタカーを利用することになりました。ネット検索すると、オリックスさんが最安値でヒットしました。秋田空港へ返却しました。
店舗は秋田駅西口店となっていますが、駅から少し歩いた場所にあります。「ぐるる」という100円バスに乗り、「市民市場前」で下車すると、すぐに店はありました。ぐるるに興味があったらどうぞ。
I entered Akita City from outside the prefecture and decided to rent a car in a hurry. When I searched the net, Mr. Orix was hit at the lowest price. I returned it to Akita Airport.
The store is the west exit of Akita Station, but it is a short walk from the station. When I took a 100-yen bus called "Gururu" and got off at "Shimin Ichiba-mae", there was a store immediately. If you are interested in Guru, please.
