★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ｕの営業さんや、整備士さんには良い印象しかない。が、点検でたまに新車店舗で待つときがあるけど、そちらの営業さんは(うちがＵの客だからか)愛想がない。１度なんて１杯目の飲み物すらいれてくれなかった。勝手にいれて飲みましたけど(笑)。
The U sales staff and mechanics only have a good impression. However, there are times when I wait at a new car store for inspection, but the sales person there is unfriendly (because we are U customers). I didn't even get my first drink. I drank it without permission (laughs).

納車時間遅れるなら前もって連絡するのが一般常識だと思うが、それもない。
接客が横柄な感じがした。
車を買わなきゃよかったと思う。

車を販売した責任とか全くなく、売ったらアフターフォローは皆無です。
こんなに不親切な店は初めてです。
消費者なめないで欲しい！
