★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小渕店での対応が最悪だったのでこちらにラクティスの雨漏り修理をお願いしました。
こちらは到着後案内されましたが何人かスタッフとお話しましたが名前はどなたも名乗ってはくれませんでした。
しかし雨漏りの応急処置としてのテープは小渕店では有料と言われましたがこちらはサービスでつけてくれました。最も小渕店から情報が入っていたからかもしれませんが。
修理と一緒に限界をむかえていたタイヤも交換しました。まあ、オートバックスなどの量販店よりは高かったのですがお任せ致しました。
修理は早く終わりました。
が、後日問題が。私はシートの下に仕事用の靴を百均のプラスチックケースにいれていたのですがそれがバキバキに割れていました。
正直たかが百均のケースなので構わないのですが割ってしまったなら一言でも言ってほしかったです。残念ですね。
