猫	猫のfelix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミの良さでこちらで初めて車検をお願いしました。口コミ通り丁寧な事前説明、整備に関しても余計な追加整備（もちろん車検に合格しない物は別ですが）も無く、明朗会計でした。店内も綺麗で無料ドリンクなどもあり、色々と行き届いているお店だと思いました。オイル交換の無料チケットを頂いたので、半年後位に利用させて頂こうかなと思います。 I asked for a car inspection for the first time here because of the good word of mouth. お	おすぎおすぎ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく遅い。メカニックからこれから実施する内容の説明があるから少し待っていろと言われて1時間半待たされて、呼ばれたと思ったらもうやった後で見積もりを出された。暇だから出かけたいと言っていたのにすぐだから待てと言われて、それは普通に考えられない。すぐが1時間半なら速太郎は1時間半まではすぐに入るのかと思った。45分スピード車検どこ行ったんだろう。嘘だと気づかせてくれるまで1時間半もかけられて遅太郎すぎた。メカニックと受付の連携が取れていない。実施する前に呼ばれないし、1番安いコースにしようとすると高いコースにした方が良いとずっと言ってきて全く話が進まない。説明もよくわからない。不備があった為次週にまた来てくれと言われ部品がないから自分で買って来いと言われた。自分のところで発注はできないのだろうか。なんでこっちの休みの時間を使って何件も電話して確認してある場所に買いに行かないといけないのかわからなかった。 2回目は実施する内容が不備があるところだけだからすぐ終わると言われたのに全く終わらない。また1時間半かかった。確かに速太郎からしたらすぐだったと終わってから思い出して呆れた。絶対にもう利用しない。こんなところでやってもらうなら少し高くても違うところでやった方がいい。
