弁天様の供養塔は小さいのが岩場の端にあり、反対側の擁壁には弁天様らしき石仏があります。
お供え物もよくされており今でも地元の方達から慕われているのでしょう。

"そのむかし、この淵の主がここで武者修行する武将に恋をしたそうな。
やがて武将が亡くなると、この淵の主は悲しみのあまり村に洪水などの災いをおこしました。
ある年、旅の老僧が2日二晩 読経を唱えると弁天様が水面から現れて、嬉しそうに琵琶を鳴らしながら天に昇ってゆきました。
平安を迎えた村人達は、弁天様の御心をしのび、供養の塔を立てました。"
