★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネッツトヨタからのお付き合いで、新しくなったトヨペット広陵店から点検整備の連絡を頂き、本日行ってきましたが、タイヤ幅に問題があり、点検できませんとの回答で半日無駄に過ごしました。以前のネッツトヨタからあんしんパスポートにて、そのタイヤで車検も受けており、急な点検拒否で困惑してます。
I got a call from the new Toyopet Koryo store for inspection and maintenance from Netz Toyota, and I went there today, but I wasted half a day saying that there was a problem with the tire width and I could not inspect it. I have been inspected with the tires from my previous Netz Toyota with an Anshin passport, and I am confused by the sudden refusal to inspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社のやり方か解らないが担当者に見積りお願いしても口頭で最終価格を伝える始末。(書類には記載されない定価のみ)
これでは後々トラブルになるかと。
再度来店してオプション変更で見積り依頼しましたが担当者が休みとのことで後日連絡を待ちましたが連絡来ませんでした。
試乗もさせてもらって悪いですが、流石にこの店舗では購入意欲無くなりました。
I don't know how to do it at the company, but even if I ask a person in charge to quote it, I will tell the final price verbally. (Only fixed price not stated in documents)
I wonder if this will cause trouble later.
I visited the shop again and requested a quote for changing the option, but the person in charge waited for contact at a later date but it did not come.
Although it is bad to let me test drive, I am no longer willing to purchase at this store.

I replaced the tires with studless tires. It took almost 30 minutes. I ran on a snowy road the next day, so it was safe.

店舗も綺麗になって広くなりましたが衝立が無いのでスタッフの皆さんが丸見えとなっています。
挨拶される方されない方が居られますので残念です。
