b	biso asuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は初めて飛び込んでヤリスクロスを契約さして頂きました。五か月待ってやっと乗ることが出来ました。まだまだ入ってこない車なので見かけるのもほとんどないです。機嫌用五か月ほど乗ってましたが、ある朝乗ろうと思ったら全くエンジンがかかりませんお客様センターに連絡して対応してもらいましたがやはりダメでした。ディラーに相談して下さいと言うことで電話は切られました。早速買ったディラーに電話しましたが今日は忙しくて行けませんとの回答でしたので電話を切るしかしょうがないですよね。こんな対応の仕方、、、てありますか私もこの車で30台ほど乗りましたがこんな対応されたのは初めてです。たいがい来てくれますよ皆さんどう思いますか？夕方になって営業マンが調べるために引き取りにきまして明くる日に持ってきましたが異常なしとの回答でフル充電したから大丈夫だろうとの返事です。原因もはっきりわからないのに乗ってはいけないです。納得する説明もこちらから文句を言ってからの説明です。こんなディーラーはとにかく初めてです。もっと書くことがありますが二度とトヨタは買わないです。 I jumped in for the first time and got a contract for Yaris Cross. After waiting for five months, I was finally able to get on. It's a car that hasn't come in yet, so I rarely see it. I've been riding for about 5 months, but when I tried to ride one morning, the engine didn't start at all. I contacted the customer center and asked them to respond, but it didn't work. The phone was hung up by asking me to talk to the dealer. I called the dealer I bought immediately, but the answer was that I couldn't go because I was too busy today, so I have no choice but to hang up. Is there a way to deal with this? I also rode about 30 cars in this car, but this is the first time I have been able to handle this. Most of the time, what do you think of them? In the evening, the salesman came to pick it up for investigation and brought it tomorrow, but he answered that there was no abnormality and it was fully charged, so it would be okay. Don't ride without knowing the cause. The explanation that is convincing is also the explanation after complaining from here. Anyway, this is the first dealer like this. I have more to write I will never buy Toyota again.
清	清水義雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回ヤリスクロスを購入しました。昨年５月下旬に契約してから納車まで丁度８ヶ月。半導体不足やコロナの影響で仕方ないですね。待ったお陰で納車の喜びもひとしおです。実際に運転してみてその装備や走りには大満足です。この車を選んで本当によかったと実感しています。また担当の方も親切でとても満足しています。 I bought Yaris Cross this time. It's been 8 months since the contract was signed in late May last year until delivery. It can't be helped due to the shortage of semiconductors and the influence of corona. Thanks to the wait, the joy of delivering the car is also great. After actually driving, I am very satisfied with the equipment and running. I'm really glad I chose this car. Also, the person in charge is kind and very satisfied.
