土地柄ちょっと面積の割には高いですが、新しいうちはあまり文句もないでしょうか。
運河沿いのため風通りは良いですが、そのせいか砂が部屋の中に舞い込みがちです。
 It is a good location to get to Toyosu station.
The land pattern is a little expensive for the area, but isn't there much complaint when it's new?
The wind is good because it is along the canal, but sand tends to flow into the room because of that.
