春夏秋冬、晴れ、曇、雨、朝、昼、夜とどんな時間帯、天気模様で訪れてもリフレッシュ出来ます
天気の良い昼時や、夜景を求めて夜に訪れる方が大半かと思いますが
曇りや、雨の日に訪れるのも趣があって素敵です
ただ、休日ともなると人出もそれなりに多くなるのでその点については注意
特にレインボーブリッジ側の芝生の所は特に人出が多くなります
