★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一見客は眼中にない様な接客。年に1、2回点検で行く程度では優先度は低いんでしょうね。田舎の店だからか馴染みの客だけ大切にしている感じです。これまで行ったディーラーの中で一番印象が悪かったです。

ここでの評価も良い評価に対する客には挨拶するが、悪い評価をする客は無視している。悪い評価をされたら良くするような改善をするとか対応策は有るだろうと思う。
全員が一時間早出したり、残業したり、客は待っているのに定時出勤、定時出社でしか対応しない。近くに競合のトヨタがカローラしかないからこういう態度が出来るんだよ。儲かってるんだからもう少し客のことを考えてくれないかな？
