★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ明けのバレーで肩をインピジメント症候群と診断され、針やリハビリをし何軒かを1ヶ月毎、試しながらバレーを毎週やりましたが、
すぐに元の痛さに戻り可動域も狭くなり、
肩が痛くなってから3軒目
口コミを見て来院しました。
60分のコースを受け
終わった頃には肩の可動域は戻ってました。
またケアの仕方も教わりこのまま1ヶ月通いながらバレーして
スパイク時に痛さがなくなるか試してみたいと思います。
とりあえず1回でここまで身体が戻ったので初回のコメントとさせていただきます！

帰るときにゎ…かなり楽になり
