b	babyらむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳つぼダイエットでお世話になっています。157㎝で43㎏だったのが 4㎏増えてしまい、昨年 9月から体重を戻す為通っています。あと2㎏減らすのに苦労してますが先生の励ましとアドバイスで焦らず減らせそうです。整体も受けていますがとても気持ちいいです。ここの耳つぼダイエットは本当にオススメ?( ＾ω＾ ) I am indebted to the earplug diet. 15 ㎝ at 43 ㎏ increased by 4 ㎏, it passed from September last year to return weight. I am struggling to reduce 2 kilograms more, but it seems to be reduced without hurting by teacher 's encouragement and advice. I am well received, but I feel very comfortable. I really recommend an earplug diet here (^ ω ^)
N	N E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 産後骨盤矯正に通いました。 3人目出産で、1人目からお世話になっています。毎回自分がしんどい箇所を確認してくれ、伝えたところを重点的に全身をマッサージしてくれます。力加減がちょうどよく、もみ返しもなく気持ちいいです。骨盤は毎回マッサージ開始前と終了時に開きを測ります。全5回でしたが、最終的に2人目の全5回終了時と同じまでに戻りました。マッサージを受けて帰宅する時に既に歩くときの姿勢がピンと伸びるのが分かり、歩きやすさも違いがわかります。産後すぐには入らなかったズボンも入るようになりました。産後きちんと骨盤を矯正しておかないと後々大変だとよく聞くのでオススメです。ポイントシステムもあるので、継続的に通うとお得だと思います。 I went to postpartum pelvic correction. I have given birth to a third child, and I am taking care of it from the first child. Every time, I check the tough parts and massage the whole body focusing on what I told. The force is just right, and it feels good without fluffing. The pelvis should be measured each time before and after the massage begins. It was 5 times in all, but finally I returned to the same time as when the second person finished all 5 times. When you go home after receiving a massage, you can see that the posture when walking is already stretched, and you can see the difference in ease of walking. Now I can wear pants that I didn't wear soon after giving birth. It is recommended because I often hear that it will be difficult after birth if the pelvis is not corrected properly. There is also a point system, so I think it's a good idea to keep going.

You can rent a bouncer or crib with your baby. It was ok to enter the store with the stroller, which was very helpful. I have been indebted for a little over a month, 5 times in total from 2 months after giving birth. Half a year has passed since I gave birth, and I was able to lose nearly 10 kg immediately after giving birth. I think that it was a big factor that I was able to firmly teach the method and importance of self-care here. I am filled with gratitude. Also, when I first started going to school, I was hungry for conversations with adults, especially when I was completely at home with my children.
