石	石井恵梨香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某大手ネットショップでこちらのサヌキ白味噌を購入したら、茶色い（？）白味噌が届きました。どう見ても白味噌っぽくなくて、おかしいので製造元のこちらへ問い合わせをしたところ、すぐに製造元の担当者の方から連絡を頂き、非常に親切丁寧に対応してもらえて疑問もすぐに解決しました。後日にはお手紙まで頂き、とても誠実で社風もしっかりしているなぁということが伝わりました。正規の白味噌は少し黄色みと光沢があって、とても美味しくて家族みんな喜んでいました。それからすっかりこちらのお味噌のファンです。（茶色い白味噌が届いた原因はネットショップが全国からお味噌を仕入れてから常温倉庫に保管しているらしく、その保管方法に問題があったと担当者の方が詳細まで丁寧に教えて頂きました。せっかくメーカーが作った美味しいお味噌なのに某大手ネットショップ倉庫はきちんと扱って頂きたいものです。今後は直接購入することにしました。） I bought this raccoon white miso at a major online shop and received a brown (?)
