食材にこだわっているそうで、串は熱いうちにお皿の上にバラしたりせずそのまま食べる事が美味いそう！
カウンターで食べましたが奥には大勢入れる座敷もあるそうでした。
[Special Kushiyaki restaurant] The carefully baked birds with a nice charcoal scent were delicious.
It seems that they are particular about the ingredients, and it seems delicious to eat the skewers as they are without breaking them on the plate while they are hot!
I ate at the counter, but there was a tatami room in the back where many people could enter.

We had a wonderful night with 3 other guests and the 2 owners. Food was awesome, we recommend もも(momo, Chicken thigh) & squid with garlic and butter. Our japanese is pretty much nonexistent, but they helped us translate the menu. After lots of Beer, fun and laughter we even got some nice sake for free.
