ぺ	ぺこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付開始は8:45、初診は予約不可らしいです。月曜9:10位に着いたら待合室はほぼ満席でした。レントゲンと診察全て終わり帰れたのは12:30でした。時間に余裕を持って行かれることをオススメします。先生はしっかりと診てくれます。この場合の処置は、〇〇、〇〇、〇〇のどれかですねとハッキリと仰り、わかりやすく良かったですが、診断結果後のクロージングで先生がお急ぎなのが見え見えなのが少し寂しかったです。トータル4時間近く（初診の為長め）待ったのに1分足らずの質疑応答をしてくれないなんて。病状や処置の方法やそれによる感じ方などを質問したい方は沢山いると思いますが、しっかり返答できないほど患者を受け入れてしまうのは如何なものかと感じました。また、他院であるような診察結果を記入した紙を貰えないので、何と言う部位が傷んでたのか車に乗ったら忘れてしまいました。そういうサービスがあると嬉しいです。 The reception starts at 8:45, and it seems that reservations cannot be made for the first visit. だ	だいちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診だった為、3時間以上待たされました。ただ待つだけなら問題ないのですが、このご時世では有り得ないレベルの「密」完全に来院者のコントロールが出来ていない。リハビリ施設が待合室と直結している為、リハビリを利用しない者も、もれなく利用者とゴッチャになり密不可避。待たされに待たされた果てのリハビリは、素人としか思えないスタッフの不確かな対応。「おばちゃん、大丈夫？」と終始不安。後日、我慢してリハビリに通ったけど、やはり対応が素人。黙ってれば良いのに、前回は機械の設定をミスしていたと自ら暴露。声をかけたい時に、スタッフは大抵、電話対応。どうやら予約に関するトラブルで忙しいらしい。内部の連携が上手く取れていない旨の会話が丸聞こえ。こういうの不快だよね。結果、通院する意義を見いだせなくなり止めました。改善も全くされなかったし。診察の先生、悪い人ではなさげだが、フランクな対応で私には抵抗があった。診察に至るまでにたらい回しにされるのも頂けないなぁ。強いて良いところを挙げるなら、出来たばかりだから施設が綺麗なところかな。 Since it was my first visit, I had to wait for more than 3 hours.
