私は外国人です。大概しゃべり始めると相手の態度が変わってくるですが、受付若いスタッフの様子に変化なく親切に問診の説明を最後までしていただきました。気軽に話ができるスタッフさんでした。
先生は大変慎重に足の検査や診断の説明、治療方法などを説明していただきました。お陰で、数ヶ月ぶりに足が痛まずに仕事ができました。
また来院したいと思います。
I had a pain in my leg from a few months ago, so I visited for the first time the other day.
I'm a foreigner. Generally, when you start talking, the attitude of the other party changes, but the young staff at the reception did not change and kindly explained the interview to the end. It was a staff who could talk casually.
The teacher explained the foot examination, diagnosis, and treatment method very carefully. Thanks to that, I was able to work without any pain in my legs for the first time in a few months.
I would like to visit the hospital again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、手首が痛くて受診した所、原因判明。注射で治療。日に日に良くなりました。先生も優しくスタッフさんも優しかったです。お年寄りが多くてちょっとビックリしました。リハビリ通いですね

1時間後にくると改めて受付でそこから更に1時間待つことに。。。
呼ばれないので受付に再度確認するとまだ前に4人いると。
2時間で6人しか診察できないの？
それとも、再来してから再度受付しなおし？
よくわりませんが、すごく混んでる
コロナ禍なのに、受付にはリハビリの人もふくめ人がごった返している状況。
先生も具体的な話はしてもらえず、不安な対応。

I wasn't called, so I checked with the receptionist again and found that there were still four people in front.

I don't know, but it's very crowded
Even though it is a corona, the reception is crowded with people including rehab people.
The teacher didn't give me a concrete story, so I was worried.
