s	sky Blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレ等は、ほぼ使用不能に近い状態で、手洗いの水は沢水か雨水で不衛生かと。夜は灯りが全く無い為相当な暗闇です。昼は溜池が有るため蜂とアブが多数そこらじゅう飛んでるのと、蚊とカメムシも大量にいます。この場所は、夜は誰かの声を聞く事が有ります。 The toilets are almost unusable, and the water used for hand washing is swamp or rainwater. There is no light at night, so it is quite dark. In the daytime, because there are ponds, many bees and flies fly everywhere, and a large number of mosquitoes and stink bugs. This place can hear someone's voice at night.
K	KEI KATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつては気軽にキャンプできる程の設備だったと思うのですが、今現在は眺望の良い公園という印象でした。特にトイレは昼間は使えそうですが夜は厳しいとおもいます。ちゃんと運用すれば人気でそうな所だけに残念に思いました。 2019.8 追記地元の方が手入れを怠らずにしているキレイな所だと思いました。草もそこそこ生えているものの毎年、手入れがなされているからこそキレイなのだなと思いました。 I used to think that it was a facility where camping was easy, but now it has the impression of a park with a good view. お	お供さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田と岩手を繋ぐはずだった県道12号線の黒森峠手前にある大きく開けた公園です。正式には隣接する潟尻第2ため池の整備整地となっております。敷地内には広々とした駐車場に整備された遊歩道、2ヶ所のトイレに複数の東屋が設置されています。水は枯れ、動いてはいませんでしたが水車のようなオブジェクトなんかもありました。ちょっとした高台には古い木造の休憩スペースがあります。全体的に古びてはいるものの、草木は茂っておらず、定期的に手入れされているのを感じました。人は少なく閑散としていますが、のんびりするにはうってつけの場所かと思いました。 It is a wide open park in front of the Kuromori Pass on Prefectural Road 12, which was supposed to connect Akita and Iwate. Officially, it is a land preparation for the adjacent Igatajiri No. 2 Reservoir. There is a promenade in a spacious parking lot on the premises, and multiple eastern houses are installed in two toilets. The water was dead and it wasn't moving, but there were objects like water wheels. There is an old wooden break space on a little hill. Although it is generally old, the vegetation is not overgrown and I felt it was regularly maintained. There are few people and it is quiet, but I thought it was a perfect place to relax.

Perhaps it's because the water source was the place where the water that kept flowing was delicious. The last time I used it was in 2014, but as far as I can see from other reviews, it seems that it has decayed without much maintenance and I feel lonely.
