ず	ずみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペット不可の物件をペット化と偽って紹介・契約させられそうになった。契約書にサインする直前に発覚し、指摘すると「うっかりしていた。仲介手数料を0円にするので部屋探しを続けさせてほしい」と言われ、ミスが本当なら仕方ないし誠意があると判断し、こちらで探し出した別の物件で契約を進めることにした。しかし物件を押さえた段階で、責任者を名乗る相手から「やっぱり仲介手数料を払ってほしい。払えないということであれば物件の紹介はできない（要約）」と連絡がきた。こちらの退去日が迫っていることを知った上でこのような手段を使ったのだろう。こちらが何度「仲介手数料0円と言いましたよね」と言っても、よくわからないことをダラダラと言った挙句に法律の話まで持ち出し高圧的な態度で脅してくる始末。悪質すぎるので、録音した全てのデータを持って然るべき窓口へ通報した。私は幸い仲介手数料を払わず済んだが、泣き寝入りしている被害者がいるのでは？また、評価の高い口コミが目立つが、内見の道中で粗品を手渡し、その流れで口コミを書かせているので、そりゃ低評価は付きにくいだろう。せめて悪質なのは仙川店だけだと思いたい。もうこの仲介業者を利用することはないので別の店舗がどうか知る由もないけど、とにかくここだけはやめておけと言いたい。この店でしか仲介できない物件なんて無いので。 I was about to be introduced to and contracted for a pet-free property by pretending to be a pet. In addition, although highly rated reviews are conspicuous, it is difficult to get a low rating because the gifts are handed over along the way of the preview and the reviews are written according to the flow. I want to think that only the Sengawa store is malicious at least. I don't use this broker anymore, so I don't know if another store will be there, but I'd like to say that I should stop here anyway. There is no property that can only be brokered at this store.
