他の投稿でもあるように最低最悪な人材しかいない会社です。
女性の店員さんはともかく、男性の店員は初心者なのか“全く”頼りにならなさそうな方や、偉そうに何様のつもりで話しているのか？産まれてからの育ちの悪さが目立つ男性店員。
この中でも特にたちの悪いのがちょくちょく年齢が上な中年の細い男性店員。これは接客向いてないでしょ？(笑)
なんでこの業界に？？
☆一つ付けましたが最低でも一個つけなきゃいけないので仕方ないです。
世の中ネットを利用する消費者が多いのでこの口コミではいつか店舗ごと無くなりそうですね…。

担当の方についてですが、男性の方でしたが、本当に態度が最悪です。相談なのでこちらが下手にでてると、全く話を聞こうとしません。何をどうすればこのような社員が育つのでしょうか？
とにかく、ここに行くくらいなら、きちんと教育された社員がいる大手とかに行くべきです。契約もですが、契約後も苦労することになります。

態度も悪ければ少しでも儲けたい気持ちがバレバレ…
退去後の敷金関係もどうなったのか三ヶ月前後経った今も連絡無し。
5回にわたりこっちから連絡したがまだ補修の材料が…と引き延ばし住んでた家を検索すると普通に入居者募集してるw
間違いなくオススメは出来ない不動産。
金銭関係しっかりしなくてもいいや！と思う人にはおススメですね！！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と関わりたくもないです。他の方が投稿されているように、態度も言葉遣いも仕事の質も最悪でした。来店するだけでこんなに気分が悪くなったのは初めてです。
店員さんは、無知にしても度が過ぎる。よくこれで仲介ができますね。調べてみたらここは物件の管理も行なっているとのことで、物件を借りる際は、どんなに良い物件でもここが管理していたらやめたほうがよさそうです。
別にお客様を崇めろだなんて全く思ってません。ですが、最低限のマナーと敬語を学ばれたらいかがでしょうか。あと、聞かれてまずいことを答える際にはモゴモゴと口籠もります。そして正確に答えません。間違いを問い詰めると『確認不足でした。』『調査不足でした。』の繰り返し。これで信用して個人情報渡すなんて絶対にイヤです。また、店長らしき方もいらっしゃいましたが、この対応を見ても無反応。部下の教育すらできないのか、同レベルの上司なのか。
これから物件や仲介業者を探される方はしっかりと口コミや評価を聞いて選んだほうがいいと思います。少なくとも、ここよりもっと良い不動産屋はあると思います。来店より少し日が経ってしまいましたが、皆さまが良い選択をできるようにと思い、投稿させていただきました。
