Y	Y M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八重樫さんに担当して頂きました。元々インターネットサイトLIFULL HOME’Sから物件の内覧を希望したところ、お電話を頂き、11月現在で1月〜2月に入居希望を伝えた上で、他の不動産会社に翌週内見の案内を頂いていることを説明すると、急ぎ内見を勧められ、翌日内見することになりました。二件、希望の物件を申し込んでおりましたが、当日はその内一件と別の二件を候補に内見することを提案されました。何故か八重樫さんの説明に割り込む様に店長がレオパレス物件について推してきましたし、直ぐに決めないと家賃が上がる、流動性があるからわからない、と急かすようなことばでした。自分の状況が焦って決める状況ではないことを説明しました。現地へは電車で移動し徒歩で向かいました。一件、最も遠いレオパレス物件を見た後、八重樫さんが電話をしだし、残り二件について突然内見出来ないと言われました。直ぐに契約できないので有れば内見させられないと言われ、キャンセルされました。元々内見出来ない物件をブラフで提示されたのか、レオパレス物件を強く勧めたかったのか、真意はわかりかねますが、あまりに酷い対応に怒りを覚えました。幸い、同日別の不動産会社に立ち寄り良い案件を紹介していただきました。決しておすすめしません。 Mr. Yaegashi was in charge. After seeing one of the farthest Leopalace properties, Mr. Yaegashi called and was suddenly told that he couldn't preview the other two. I was told that I couldn't get a preview if I had one because I couldn't sign the contract immediately, so it was canceled. I don't know if I was presented with a property that I couldn't see in the bluff, or if I strongly recommended the Leopalace property, but I was angry at the terrible response. Fortunately, I stopped by another real estate company on the same day to introduce a good project. I never recommend it.
