匿	匿名口コミ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星0がないのが残念です。入居審査で落ちました。仲介会社2社で相談しており両方からダブルで申し込みになってしまったから落ちるかもと申し込みした仲介会社から言われておりましたが、結果、落ちました。信用情報に遅れなども一切ないですし、大手企業の正社員、勤続年数も年収も問題無かったと思います。近所の実家からの引越しでしたので、他の条件は固かったと思いますが、、そんなことが理由で落とすなんてことがあるのかと驚きです。賃貸マンションの管理会社で働いていた経験があり、私の会社ではそのような理由で落ちることはまずなかったので、、一年ほどしか住むつもりがなかったので出来るだけ初期費用を安く済ませようと2社で相談してしまったのがいけなかったのでしょうね。私としてはどちらかから選んで申し込みする予定で、仲介会社側でダブル申し込みになってしまった事自体想定外でした。申し込みしているのが同一人物かどうかは個人情報で教えられないと一方の仲介会社には言っておきながら、一方の仲介会社には他からも申し込みがあったと伝えており、個人情報とは？という感じです。申込書類もきちんと処分して頂けるのか甚だ疑問で心配です。入居したい気持ちは完全に失せていましたが本当に不愉快な思いをしたのでこちらの管理する物件を申し込むことは二度とないです。口コミも大変悪いのでご縁がなくて良かったですが。悪い口コミしかないのがいい証拠だったのだと、口コミは当てになることを勉強させて頂きました。 It is a pity that there is no star 0.
