昨年利用し、あまりにもひどかった担当者はもう異動しているようなので投稿。全体としては良いスタッフさんが多い会社だと思うので、社員教育の仕方を改めてほしいなと思います。 その担当者は、おそらく「自分が習った形」で、自分の枠組みに当てはめないと案内ができない方なのだと思われましたが、その上態度まで悪く、非常に不快な思いをしました。 ・予約時間を15分近く遅れたのに、謝罪の一言もなし。 ・事前に見たい物件などのやりとりをしていて、“内見をするために”わざわざ飛行機で遠方から来る旨伝えていたのに、会ってみると「内見をしないで決める方がほとんどです」「どうしてそんなに内見にこだわるんですか?」などと、最後までしぶられる。 ・その中でも緩めても良い条件、譲れない条件など伝えていたが、「これだけは譲れないというポイントを3点を教えて下さい」と。「○○や□□は緩めてもいいけど、絶対条件は3つには絞れない」と伝えても、「それでも絞ってください」と言われ続け、挙句の果てには担当者が呆れ笑い。正直、こちらは何度も引っ越しを経験し、ネットでの物件の探し方もわかっているため、極端な話、こちらが見せてほしい物件の内見だけできれば十分なのに、なぜ高圧的なマニュアル接客を受けないといけないのか。実際、担当者からの提案にロクなものはほとんどなく、あっても私が既に埋まっていることを確認済みの物件ばかり。 ・物件によっては0円にもなりうる(それでも仲介業者に利益が入るようになっている物件もある)仲介手数料も、「50%までは下げられます。これ以上は無理です。こちらも商売でやってるので(笑)」と小馬鹿にした態度でマニュアル対応。仲介手数料の法的根拠や相場などを知らないのでしょうか…。 勤務歴が浅く知識がないだけでなく、自身が引っ越したこともほとんどないんだろうなと思いました。何も知らない学生に、マニュアルに書いてあることを押し付けられている感じで、しかも「顧客は何も知らない」と思いこんでいるところには、本当に腹が立ちました。 これ以外にも気になる点は多数ありましたが、何より顧客に寄り添う姿勢や、自分はまだ未熟だという意識が不足しすぎているせいで、不快な思いをしました。 会社として、まずはマニュアルを教え込むのも必要だと思いますが、何のためのマニュアルなのか、そもそも接客とは何なのかということを教育する方が何倍も大切だと思います。 結果的に、別の小規模な不動産会社さんに急ぎお世話になり、何とか希望に沿う物件の契約ができました。今はネットで、不動産会社とそこまで変わらない物件情報が手に入る時代ですから、どこの不動産会社に頼むかというのは、「人」を見て決めるべきなのだと感じます。

愛想の良い海外出身の若手の方が担当でした。日本語のやり取りには特別の不満はありませんでしたが、契約の進捗や書類の発送など、全てこちらから問い合わせてやっと回答頂ける状態で、支店内の若手のフォロー体制が不足していると感じました。 また、店長と思われる方が、店内で部下に対し高圧的に接していたり、不在の客を悪く言っていたりして、印象が良くありませんでした。手数料に見合うサービスではなく残念でした。次の利用はないです。

担当の橋詰さんに大変お世話になりました。 東京のことはあまり詳しくなく、どのエリアで探していいかもわからなかったのですが、橋詰さんの丁寧で熱心な案内のおかげで想像以上に素敵なお部屋に出会うことができました! 朝に入店し、まずは細かく希望条件を聞いてくださり、そこから候補をたくさん出してくださりました。どの物件も本当に自分の好みのものばかりで、絞るのが大変なくらいでした。 実は入店前に、自分でもネットで色々と調べていくつか候補を出していたのですが、結果的に自分が調べたものは一つも内見しなかったほど、橋詰さんにご提案いただいた物件が良かったです。 内見は車で案内していただき、とてもスムーズに物件を回れました。 橋詰さんのおかげで、ストレスとなっていたはずの物件探しが本当に楽しかったです! 橋詰さん、本当にありがとうございました!

Staffs are welcoming and friendly. They really help even if there is a language barrier. I visited the store twice and they accommodated me even in a short notice. They’re excellent in their job. Look for Mr. Saito if you come but all the staffs are equally competent and kind.
