秋	秋田食べ日記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.11.3 先日、鹿角の方と知り合う機会がありまして、インスタを相互フォローしました。その方の投稿で登場率が高かったのが山水亭でした。国道103号沿いにあり、お店の前は何度も通っておりましたが、行ったことはなかったため訪問。初訪問のお店では、店名が入ったメニューを頼むのが食べ日記的セオリーであるため、山水ラーメンと行きたいところですが、この日はお米が食べたい気分だったので、定食メニューで1番上にあった｢スブタ定食｣（税込1,100円）を注文。酢豚にはトマトが入っていました。食べ日記さんはトマトが苦手ですが、火が通っていたため、問題なく食べることができました。（火が通ると青臭さがなくなるため）美味しかったです！ 2020.11.3 The other day, I had the opportunity to get to know Kazuno, and I followed each other on Instagram. (Because the green odor disappears when cooked) It was delicious!
