★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙北「隠れキリシタン」の重要な教会の一つ。日常的には閉まっているが、隣のマリア幼稚園に頼めば開けて貰えるかも。この教会から、キリシタン関係の様々な遺物も多く出土している。10キロ程離れた岩手県藤沢町の大籠教会、大籠キリシタン殉教公園資料館に足を伸ばすのもお薦め。
One of the important churches of Senboku "Hidden Christian". It is closed on a daily basis, but you may be able to open it if you ask the next Maria Kindergarten. Many relics related to Christianity have been unearthed from this church. It is also recommended to go to the Ogoki Church and the Ogoki Christian Martyrdom Park Museum in Fujisawa-cho, Iwate Prefecture, about 10 km away.
