時々行っていたタイ料理屋が撤退した後に開店。刀削麺のほかに麻婆豆腐を試したくて200円のミニ丼を追加しました。刀削麺は丼の口径が小さくてちょっと食べにくいかな。味はまあまあです。麻婆豆腐(マーポー豆腐と書いてある)は豆腐が普通の絹ごしっぽくてやや残念な感じ。店名に刀削麺が入っていますが普通の中華定食が良さげでした。
2回目
今回は刀削麺ではなく定食を試そうと思ってスペシャル定食。多分980円の酢豚定食にエビマヨと小籠包とエビ餃子が付いていて1380円になっている。酢豚の豚肉に肉感が不足。好みではない。開店直後は混んでいたようだが空いていた。ここのレストラン街は夜のためにあるので昼はこんなものなのかな。
3回目
今回は刀削麺。刀削麺は辛いメニューが多いがあまりに辛いのは好まないので辛さを確認してから汁無し刀削麺を注文した。麺が一度冷やされてゴマだれとキャベツと炒めた挽き肉がかけてあるから、これは冷やし担々麺だな。千円。

Isn't the sword noodle so small that it ’s a bit hard to eat? The taste is OK. Mapo tofu (marked as Marpo tofu) is a little disappointing because tofu is usually made of silk. Sword noodles are included in the shop name, but ordinary Chinese set meal was good.
Second time
This time, we are going to try a set meal instead of sword noodles. Maybe 980 yen of pork pork set meal comes with shrimp mayo, small basket parcel and shrimp dumpling, and costs 1380 yen. Insufficiency of pork of sweet and sour pork is insufficient. Not a preference. Immediately after opening, it seemed crowded, but it was empty. The restaurant area here is for the night, so what is it like during the day?
Third time
This time is Sword noodle. Sword noodles have many spicy menus, but I don't like being too spicy. The noodles are chilled once and the sesame seeds, cabbage and roasted minced meat are hung over, so this is chilled noodles. 1,000 yen.

個人の好みだが、麻が弱く辣が強く、また私には味に深みを感じなかった。麺ももっと雑で大きさバラバラな方が好み。
種類は沢山あったので、他のを試してみたい。
クレカOK、交通系ICOK。PayPayとかは書いてなかった気がする。

ランチタイムは杏仁豆腐が付く刀削麺のランチが９種類、麻婆豆腐やエビチリなどのランチが８種類と充実しており、何度か足を運んでいろいろと試してみたくなります。混んでいても、そんなに時間がかからずに注文したものが出てきます。以前は美味しいタイ料理屋があって、閉店してしまった時はがっかりでしたが、今度の刀削麺酒房もなかなかの美味しいお店です。PCCWの地下街の中で一番に推します！
