★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware. You can't call them if you are calling from an international number. They only allow landlines.
This is extremely unconvenient to international customers who mainly the majority of the customers visiting the center.
I have no choice but to give 1 star, because this is the first primarily condition since customers want to know information about Osaka BEFORE coming to the city itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You could ask as many questions as you want and they can answer all of them. They're really helpful and they're really nice and really kind to us. We are asked a lot of questions at a lot of ways to go to her stations but they could answer Them. They're also stuff selling at the tourist information in Osaka there were lots of cute stuff like a bear holding a age number to give like a gift for somebody's birthday. It's really adorable there's also some grape juice. I really like going there because they're really coming to us. My daughter is messing around with the review buttons she clicked it like five times and they didn't even complain us. I really like the people there even though the accident wasn't really that amazing we still could communicate with each other.
