生徒が少ない分１人１人の思い出がかなり深くなります！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戦国時代古市城があった場所です。校庭の南にフェンスで囲まれた記念石碑があります。昔と違い遊具も減り、子供も減少し、数年後廃校になるそうです。隣の東市幼稚園はすでに廃園となっています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 校庭は広く環境も自然に囲まれてよいが小学校に行くまでの交差点が危ない。また校庭を業者やバンビーホームの職員が車で走行可能であり、以前に事故があったと聞く。がそれ以外は至って平和な田舎の学校。生徒の数はかなり少ない。スズメバチやイノシシなど注意すべき生き物も近くにいてたりするけどこの辺に住む子たちには慣れっこかもしれない
