★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年以上通っています。週末は予約優先なのはいいのですが、肝心の予約が電話のみですぐ埋まってしまうため、現地に行って3時間以上待ちということが増えました。流石に乗り換えを考えないといけないかなと思っています。
I have been through for over 10 years. It's good to make reservations on weekends, but it's more important to go there and wait more than 3 hours, as the essential reservations will be filled with just a phone call. I think I have to think about changing to a standard.

以前14時30分頃訪問した時のことですが、15時になったら店内の店員全員休憩に行ってしまい、カットも途中でほったらかしにされました。
どういう教育を店員になされているのか、人間性を疑ってしまいました。カットも価格の割に雑で、ぜんぜん格好良くカットしてくれません。
今は近くの美容室でカットしていますが、価格相応のカットでとても満足しているので、こちらのお店には二度と行きません。
The customer service is the worst.
I used to visit around 14:30, but at 15:00, all the staff in the store went to a break, and the cut was left unattended on the way.
I doubted the human nature of what kind of education was given to the clerk. The cuts are also rough for the price, and they don't cut at all.
I'm cutting at a nearby beauty shop now, but I'm very happy with the cut for the price, so I'll never go to this shop again.
