★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTOとＹＫＫと予め予約をして伺いました、TOTOの方は説明が丁寧で分かりやすく見積もりがあるのでイメージもしやすいです。Ykkの方は、知識の未熟な者ならすぐご案内出来るけど施工など詳しい者だと接客中だから、その後になると案内がありこちらも後に約束があって時間も無かったので、その方にお願いはしたけど、やっぱりキッチリは内容が分からず見積もりも無いとの事で、な〜んかモヤモヤして帰って来ました

For Ykk, if you are inexperienced in knowledge, you can guide immediately, but if you are familiar with construction etc., you are serving customers, so after that there was guidance and there was also a promise later, so please ask that person.
