御	御座候 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姫路居住者です。百万円にもなる大きな買物をタカラに決めかけていました。ただホーロー製なので引き出しの重さが気になり、そこだけ確認したいと思い、近くのショールームに行こうとしましたが、コロナの影響で兵庫県内のタカラショールームが臨時休業してしまいました。そこで岡山ショールームに事情を説明して来店予約をしましたが、「折り返し電話する」って言ったきり、連絡がありません。しばらくして、工事業者から「来ないで欲しいということを伝えて欲しいと言われた。」との電話がありました。おかしいとおもいませんか？ ①なんで工事業者に頼むの？関係ないやろ！やってることは個人情報漏洩に近いで。業者泣かせの、弱いもんいじめ。一番やったらあかんことやで！ ②なんで自分で電話しないの？嫌なことも言いたくないことも自分でしたらどう？いやなことは人任せか？小学生か！ ③バイ菌扱いか？岡山とは近いのに悲しい。説明したら分かるのに、放ったらかし。不要不急の、外出自粛が出てるから、説明してもらったらわかるよ。電話で説明するくらいのことができない最低の店です。最後まで客を放ったらかしです。多分、店長があかん人。最低の人やろな。今回のタカラの対応に幻滅したからクリナップにしようかな。 I am a resident of Himeji. I was deciding on Takara for a big shopping that could reach a million yen. However, I was worried about the weight of the drawer because it was made of enamel, so I wanted to check only that, so I tried to go to the nearby showroom, but due to the influence of corona, the Takara showroom in Hyogo prefecture was temporarily closed. So I explained the situation to the Okayama Showroom and made an appointment to visit the store, but I just said "I'll call you back" and I didn't get in touch. After a while, there was a telephone call from a contractor saying, "I was asked to tell you that you do not want to come." Do you think it is strange? ① Why do you ask a contractor? It doesn't matter! What you are doing is close to personal information leakage. It's a weak bullying that makes me cry. The best way to do it is! ② Why don't you call yourself? What if you didn't want to say something you didn't like? Is the nasty thing left to the person? Is it elementary school! ③ Is it treated as a bacillus? It's close to Okayama but sad. If you explain it, you'll understand .. It's unnecessary to go out, so I'll tell you if you explain. It's the worst store you can't do on the phone. It's as if you left the customer until the end. Probably the store manager is a person. Worst person. I was disillusioned with Takara's response this time, so I think I should clean it up.

い	いんしんく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名刺をもらってないのでわかりませんが50代ぐらいの女性の方の対応がすごく悪かった。質問してもちゃんとした説明をしてもらえずストレスの溜まる対応でした。物がいいのにすごく残念でした I don't know because I didn't get a business card, but the response of women in their 50s was very bad. Even if I asked a question, I couldn't get a proper explanation and it was a stressful response. It was very disappointing though the thing was good
