★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺おいしい。あまいしょうゆあじがにがてなので、ちょっと星少なめ。地域の醤油なんだよね。卓上の胡椒は合わなくてピリ辛中華は、おいしい。別メニューなわけだ。売り切れてた卵丼食べてみたかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばとピリ辛そばですが麺が少し硬い感じで、ピリ辛はもう少し辛味が欲しかった。汁は出汁がきいて美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗新築移転 Opening ♪に偶然おじゃま！！知人に煮干だしの旨い中華そばが食える店…と紹介され震災前の古~い店舗で１度だけ食べた事あるけど…あれれっ？おったまげぇ~こんなに旨かったっけ？と旨い中華そば屋の記憶に無かったのが不思議なくらい？でも並盛りだと俺的に麺の量が少ないから大盛りにすんだけど…親子丼とチャーシュー麺をコラボ食いしたくて行くけど親子丼はいつも×印?なら！是非！是非！麺特盛りもメニューに加えてちょ~だい(笑)店内はカウンター席にテーブル4~5台だったかな？俺が知る限りランチタイムはいつも混んでて老若男女問わずの人気中華そば屋だね(笑)

あっさりとした醤油ベースの鰹をふんだんに使ったスープが体に染み渡ります。
細麺がまたとても食べやすく何より朝6:30から食べられるのでありがたいです。

休日の7時半くらいに入店したが、７割くらいの客入り。その後もお客さんは絶え間なく。
注文から5分程度で提供。
あっさりして脂身がないラーメンだから朝から啜れる。
麺は細麺で若干の縮れ。
チャーシューの味付けは濃いめの印象。
また山田に来ることがあれば行きたいお店の一つ。
