おばあさんが1人で切り盛りしています。
常連客にも外からの客にも愛されている感じです。
順番にシンプルな昔ながらの中華そばを出してくれます。
お値段もとてもリーズナブル。
長く続いてほしいな、と思う店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おばあさんが竃で作る昔ながらの中華そばだけしかありません。ちぢれの細麺で、優しい味のスープなので、罪悪感なく飲み干せます。酒田ラーメン同様、最初は味が物足りなく感じる人もいるでしょうが、食べてるうちに深みを感じて、美味しい至極の一杯です。
There is only old-fashioned Chinese soba made by grandmother. It is a tiny noodle, it is a gentle taste soup so you can drink it without feeling guilty. Like Sakata Ramen, some people may feel that taste is unsatisfactory at first, but I feel deep while I am eating, it is a delicious extreme cup.

価格も350円と大盛り450円のあり難い価格です。

竈門でお湯を沸かし麺を茹でているそうです。
混んでいると相席は当たり前で、見知らぬ客だと常連に色々聞かれます。
中華そばは350円ですから感謝して頂かないといけません。味は好みが出るでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばを食べたいなと何年か前にこの場所に来たときに定休日で食べれませんでした。が今回花巻に買い物ついでに思い出して寄って見たら店に入って食べることが出来ました?スープは凄くシンプル醤油風味幼い頃に食べに連れられて食べたことがあるなんとも懐かしい❗味でした。母さんが一人での切り盛りしてるので入った瞬間普通盛りですか❔「はい」と答えて注文しました‼️メニューを見ると普通盛りと大盛盛りだけで味もさることながら値段がこれで今時良いのですかな⁉️350円が普通盛り450円が大盛とはワンコインで釣りが来るとは消費者にとっては有り難いけど?これで大丈夫ですかと美味しくいただき車の中でそんなに考えになりました‼️また食べに行きますよ?母さん体大事に元気で中華そば作っててくださいよ?
