お店側が推している皮ももちろん美味しいけれども、こころ(ハツ)の焼き加減が最高！
レバーは今まで食べたことが無い位、柔らかくてクリーミーだった
職人さんの腕と素材の良さの相乗効果が味に表れてて非常に満足しました
あと鳥専門なだけあって、きりたんぽのお出汁も素晴らしかった
きりたんぽを前面に押し出している有名店が周辺に数あるけれどもどこにも負けていない、むしろ勝っているんじゃないかと思うレベル、必食です。

鳥皮串しが美味しかったです。ゲンコツ唐揚げや釜飯も食べごたえがあります。おすすめです。
The inside of the shop was clean and spacious, and it was a cozy shop.
The chicken skin skewers were delicious. Fried chicken and kamameshi are also delicious. it's recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しかったですよ～。皮が絶品。残り二本、ギリギリ食べられて良かったです。他にもナンコツ、ボンジリ、砂ずり等食べましたが一つも外れなし。地鶏も当然美味しいのでしょうが、やはり焼き加減が絶妙。腕があってこそかと。つくねもいいね。
串以外にも豆腐の味噌漬けは付け合わせのキュウリお代わりしたし、あと忘れてはいけないのが比内地鶏のだし巻き。あれには降参です。人生一のだし巻きかもしれない。当然お代わり。
〆の比内地鶏の親子丼も文句なしでしたし、最高の夜となりました。ありがとうございました♪
It was delicious ~. The skin is excellent. I'm glad I was able to eat the remaining two bottles. I also ate nankotsu, bonjiri, gizzards, etc., but none of them came off. Of course, the local chicken is delicious, but the grilling is exquisite. I wonder if I have an arm. Tsukune is also good.
In addition to the skewers, the miso-zuke of tofu was replaced with the cucumber garnish, and the one that should not be forgotten is the Hinai chicken broth roll. It is a surrender to that. It may be the best soup stock in my life. Naturally a substitute.
The oyakodon of Hinai chicken was perfect, and it was a great night. Thank you ♪

おまかせ焼き鳥5本と小鉢付きのセットを注文しました。
塩・タレ・味噌と色々の味付と部位を堪能し地酒でほろ酔いです。
1人呑みの客が少なくカウンターは空いてました。

I ordered a set of 5 Omakase Yakitori and a small bowl.
Enjoy salt, sauce, miso and various seasonings and parts, and get tipsy with local sake.
