もつ煮、自分の知ってる普通とは違い、やや残念でした。

1F奥のお座敷へ通して頂きました。民家の居間にお呼ばれしたような気持ちで、のんびりと、気を楽にして寛げるお席です。
はじめのお通しはお肉やカボチャの入ったサラダで、甘めな美味しい味付けでした。いくらでもパクパク食べられそうです。
お料理はきりたんぽ鍋、モツ煮、いぶりがっこなどを頂きました。きりたんぽはモチモチ柔らかく、モツはプルプルの良い歯ごたえ。いぶりがっこを初めて食べたのですが、クセの強い味とコリコリした食感がハマりそうです。どれもとても美味しくて、お腹一杯になりました。
お店の方々も、愛想の良い優しい方ばかりでした。帰りがけに嬉しいお声掛けもいただき嬉しかったです。(チョコレート美味しかったです。ありがとうございます！)
念願のきりたんぽが食べたくて、どのお店にしよう〜と散々迷った末の来店だったのですが、こちらに決めて良かったです。再び秋田へ旅行することがあれば、是非また来たいなあと思えるお店でした。

I wanted to eat my long-awaited dandelion, and it was the last visit to the store where I was confused as to which store to go to, but it was good to decide here. If you ever travel to Akita again, you would definitely want to come back again.

モツ煮と秋田サワーの組み合わせもよかったです
