★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の評価が高いのでたまたまだと思うのですが、2時間位居て2品しか出ないほど料理提供が遅くて厳しかったです。他に二組位しか居なかったので、忘れてたのか、余程手の離せない料理を先行して作ってたか。
I don't think it was because the other people's evaluation was high, but the food was slow and strict so that there were only 2 dishes in 2 hours. Since there were only two other groups, did you forget it, or did you make a dish that you can't take your hands off?

特にブリは、歯応え、旨み甘みが強く、全く生臭くありません。絶品です。
群馬でこれほど美味しいブリが食べられるとは驚きました。
店内はテーブル席及びカウンター席。座敷は無し。
手慣れて、もう少し注文後の提供時間が短くなれば言うことありません。
