焼き鳥として出てくるわけではなく、自席で焼くシステムのため、焼き加減も味付けも調整できるのが面白いです。一品料理もうまかったです。
It is a restaurant that feels like raw oyakodon for lunch, chicken roast and carefully selected shochu at night.
It does not come out as a yakitori, but because it is a baking system at your own seat, it is interesting that you can adjust the degree of grilling and seasoning. One dish was good.
