★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8の付く日に毎回メール会員に送られるクーポンを使おうとしたところ、「スタッフに見せながら押してください」のボタンを見せながら押したらレジの人が「使用済みになってますけど」と。
「今押したから使用済みになったんです」と言っても要領を得ず、別の店員を呼ばれました。
その人も「使用済みですが」と言うのでまた同じ説明をして、「ログインしたやつですか？」とか意味不明なことまで言われたので「メールのリンクからです」とメールまで見せたのにわかってもらえず。
3人目の店員が呼ばれ、「10%引いといて」とクレーム処理のように言われました。
10%なんて微々たるものなので途中で「もういいです」と言いたかったけど、店員さん知らないなら知っておいた方がいいなと続けてもらったのですが、クレーマー扱いされて残念です。鳥貴族は他の店舗でも何度も行きまくってますがこんなことは初めてでした。
