む	むらちけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生サバ・ゴマサバは九州で食べるのとは別物で数段劣ります、身がぐにゃぐにゃしてて、あまり美味しくありませんでした。値段も九州の居酒屋で食べる1.2～1.5倍くらい。輸送コストで高くても美味しければ納得いくのですが、不味いのは意味わかりません。スタッフの気の効かなさがヤバい。荷物を入れるカゴはないかと尋ねて、カゴがないのはしょうがないとして、私の席にはハンガーもありませんでした。荷物のくだりで気付いて、ハンガーお持ちしますとかあるでしょ。空いてるお皿も全く下げないからテーブルの上は空いた食器でいっぱいになって気分悪かったです。自分で混ぜる系の料理の真ん中にゆず胡椒がドーンと置かれてくるものがあるので注意してください。知らない人は全部混ぜてもいいと思うビジュアルです。全部混ぜると塩辛くて食べれなくなります。できるだけ取り除いて混ぜるても、しょっぱかったです。しょっぱくて食べられないとスタッフに言うと、「ゆず胡椒は少しずつ混ぜて食べてください」と意味不明の発言。その注意は料理の提供時に言うことだし、少しずつ混ぜて食べさせたいなら、食器の縁に付けるか、別添えなのでは、自分で混ぜて食べる料理の真ん中に取り除けない量のゆず胡椒を置かないで欲しい。ただ作り直してくれるとのことで、待っていると、一向に出てきません。 30分くらい待ちましたが、出て来る気配がないので帰りました。残念です。 Raw mackerel and sesame mackerel are several steps inferior to those eaten in Kyushu.
