ふんわり食感の中にも軟骨のプチプチした歯ごたえが楽しい。
家族へのお土産にも最適?
鳥肉を叩いたものに、軟骨のみじん切りを混ぜて小さなハンバーグ状に形成した団子を丁寧な火加減で焼いたものと推測される。
臭みなど一切ないので、鶏肉の鮮度の高さがうかがえる。
時代の潮流に乗ってタッチパネル式オーダーになったようだ。
