暑	暑寒 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恐らく取手が本社です。取手店は凄く狭いですが、そのかわり取手付近の物件を多く持ってます。契約まではとてもスムーズです。しかしその後が地獄の不動産でした。まず何もかもの対応が遅い。トイレが壊れた時、エアコンの壁、清掃は安価なところでやったのか綺麗にはされていない。何度も引っ越している当方でもここまで酷い不動産にあった事はないです。そして四年以上住んでいましたが、担当は4回変わりました。全て報告、連絡がされてないので全てまた1からの説明。そしてそんな契約されてないという上からの目線。オーナーさんが変わられて鬱蒼としていた家の周りがまともになりつつありましたが、不動産の対応が地獄です。二ヶ月ほど住むのならなんてことない会社ですが、年単位で住むのなら別の不動産をお勧めします。此処よりも酷い不動産は無いと思うのでどこに行っても此処よりもマシです。そして女性スタッフが最悪です、社長が女性だからですかね？鼻につく言い方、馬鹿にしたような言い方、まともに研修を受けた方々は居ないと思います。アパートマンションとの全ての言い方や食い違いで「上長の命令で出て行ってください」主観の混じった言い方で恐らくオーナーさんに話されたのでしょう「オーナーさんからの印象が悪いので、オーナーさんも無理と仰ってます」と言われアパートマンション館から追い出されました。全て「上長の意見」らしい。その上長も話になりません。物件を持っているオーナーさんも気をつけてください、私は地獄から早く解放されました。 Probably the handle is the head office. こ	こりんりん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当にひどい会社。まず契約時に担当者の確認漏れで契約書の判子押印箇所が足りず、家賃の自動引き落としができなかったためわざわざ家賃1ヶ月分の現金を持って店舗まで持っていく羽目になる。解約してからも何故か家賃1ヶ月分が余分に引き落とされていることが通帳の履歴からわかり、解約時の1ヶ月分から日割りを引いた差額+家賃1ヶ月分を振り込んで欲しいと電話するが、その電話から3ヶ月経った今でも一部の返金がない。一体どうなってるの、まともな会社とは思えない。そもそも自分が気づかなかったら数万円を損していたことになる。仕事がずさんすぎるので私以外の多くの契約者も知らぬうちに損をしている可能性があるのでは？ A really terrible company. ま	まるも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方のクチコミにある通り契約までの態度は非常に良く、契約時~契約後の態度が最悪でした。まず契約時、｢ノルマがあるから協力して欲しい｣と言われ謎の写真撮影を勧められました。怖いので断るとあからさま態度を悪くされました。お金払うのが嫌になった程です。それから物件の不具合も相談すると嫌な顔をされました。家賃の支払いの為の手続きはメールで行う形ですがそのメールが届かない。何度電話しても折り返しますの一言。しかも折り返しの電話がかかってきません。直接出向いてもメールを送りますと言われ送られて来ない。再度電話するも忙しいから直ぐに返答出来ない、担当が出ているで後ほど折り返しますで終わらされました。アパマン館さんが折り返して来ないから何度も言っているのに電話越しで相手は怒っているような態度でした。忙しいのは分かりますが八つ当たりはおかしいと思います。家賃が支払えないのはこちらの責任になるにも関わらず謝ってはくれませんでした。こちらの信用が落ちることなど微塵も気にしてないようです。以上の事から利用される方は契約した後のトラブルはお覚悟ください。 As the other people's reviews say, the attitude up to the contract was very good, and the attitude from the time of the contract to the end of the contract was the worst. When we went in because we wanted to see one house we asked them to also show us others. The agent flipped a couple of pages in a book and then basically said nope! There is nothing else. So then we go to see the house that we had asked about. It's pretty dirty inside, literally a cobweb and spider in every corner of the floor and ceiling. Piles of trash and discarded wood in the backyard, and holes in all the screens. We asked if they would repair the screens, deal with the trash, and have the house cleaned. They said of course! That it has been a while since anyone had lived there. At that point we decide to go with it. The paperwork happened quickly but all of a sudden they refused to clean the house or deal with the garbage. Of course WE would have to pay them a contract fee as well as a deposit. But they still insisted that they already had the house cleaned when the last people moved out so they couldn't pay to have it cleaned again. So of course we did ALL the cleaning both inside and outside. As we were picking up the tatami to air it out and gently clean it we found two bigger than 500¥ sized holes in the floor. So we did what any tenant would do, we called the company who owns the house. They come to look at the holes and try to convince us that is fine, and that we just to understand because we are 'foreigners' After we insist that the holes get fixed he tried to say that we should just fix it ourselves. After pointing out that we were just renters and not the owners of the house we should t have to pay to fix it. Now one month has gone by, and that room is closed off because there are still two open holes in the floor. All the tatami mats are leaned against the wall and we can't use an entire room in an already small house. This company is lazy, distrustful, rude, and possible even racist. If you are looking to move in Toride use someone else. These people will only treat you like dogs, the way they are now treating us. I have never seen Japanese people behave so poorly. They are a disgrace to a wonderful city filled with wonderful people.
