辻	辻晃一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方が明るく感じもとても良いがとても最悪です。引っ越しをいざしてみるとガスコンロが使えない換気扇も壊れている。電話して換気扇を見に来ると言ったものの時間になっても来ず連絡をしてみるとすっかり違うに日時と勘違いされていたみたいで有り得ない。契約した駐車場に車を停めようとしてみると違う車があり電話するとまた勘違いされていたみたいで有り得ない。集合ポストの渡された番号を回すと全く開かないまた電話すると勘違いされていたみたいで有り得ない。洗濯機を設置を設置しようとしたらL字パイプが本来常設されているはずのものが無く渋々購入、電話をすると領収証がないとお金ははらえないとの対応有り得ない。挙げなくの果てに個人情報の乗った書類を建物のオーナーに送り間違えたとの報告有り得ない。今まで何度か引っ越しした事はあるがこんな事は初めてです。常設設備のL字パイプなど結局泣き寝入りみたいですね。 The staff is brighter and feels very good, but it is the worst. Then, when we arrived at the office, they had not prepared any paperwork about the properties we had inquired about. They started suggesting properties to us as if they were their ideas, even though I had previously asked them to take us to THOSE properties. They also asked us again to tell them our criteria for properties we were interested in, even though I had already told them through email earlier in the week. Then, instead of driving us to the properties, they made us drive ourselves, even though we are totally unfamiliar with the region. One of the addresses was incorrect on the property listing, but we found the correct address and waited 20 minutes for the realtor to meet us there. For the next property, we could not find the property or the realtor at all, and had no way to contact the realtor directly, so we called the main office and told them we were giving up. Completely unpleasant experience
