綾	綾田敏子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歯応えがあるお蕎麦を中心としたセットが魅力的な『玄庵　虎ノ門本店』さんで、『そばランチセット』を頂きました。ランチ時間、お蕎麦を頂きたくなり虎ノ門の裏通りにある『玄庵』さんへ、いつもの『そばランチセット800円（2020年12月）』を食べたいのです。せいろ（冷）orかけ（温）と3種の小丼もの（鯖ほくじor鶏高菜or炊き込みご飯）からセレクトできるのですが、『かけ＆鯖ほくじ』をオーダー致しました。お蕎麦は歯応えがしっかりあって、つゆは甘みが無く、優しいストレートです。ちなみに、せいろはカラメのつゆで大人味、わさびが良く合います。ホロホロ解された鯖の小丼は食べやすいです。虎ノ門エリアで800円税込しっかりセットはなかなかなコストパフォーマンスだと思います。 We had a "soba lunch set" at "Gen-an Toranomon Main Store", which has an attractive set centered on crunchy soba noodles.
