こちらのお店、以前大好きで通っていたのですが、シェフが替わってから足が遠のいておりました。
久しぶりの訪問。目当てのハンバーグが売り切れとのことで、ポークソテーとライスにカレーを。
カレーは小皿に盛られてくるくらいかなと思ったらがっつり。
ポークソテーも大きな肉が3枚も。
どれも美味しい。
そうなるとやっぱり好きだったハンバーグが食べたくなります。
今度は早い時間に来よう。
・チーズハンバーグ ¥1,200-
チーズトッピングにするとお皿も鉄板に替わる。
ちょっとしたことだけどうれしい。

メインだけでなく、サラダもスープも全て丁寧に作られているのがよく分かる?
店内の雰囲気も居心地いいですね?

日本食が本業という女将さんが調理をされているが、中々しっかりした味付けで、どの料理もお酒を飲みながらつまみにとてもよくあった。
特にアヒージョは最高！
連れを待っている間に手持ち無沙汰でしょうからと、炒り落花生をサービスで出してくれた。
コロナの折にも関わらず、その日退店のバイトの方に会うためか、20時頃には常連さんを中心にほぼ席は埋まっていた。
昔ながらの人情的な雰囲気もある落ち着ける店。
リピートしたい。

今日、2食目？のランチ。。
一軒目が余りにも後味悪く、食べれなかったので、午後の仕事に影響しそうなので、気分転換にランチのやり直し。
先日、隣の香港そばの帰りに店内からあったか〜い、声で「良かったら、どうぞぉー」と心に響く声が残っていたので、こんな気分にはうってつけ！
入ってみて、変わらぬ空気感に満足。
ハンバーグランチは、サラダといい、ハンバーグといい、スープに至るまで、女性が作った女性らしいお料理。成長過程の男子には、ちょっと物足りないかな？
でも、1つ1つ女性の試行錯誤のランチは、満足でした。
何より、お客様一人一人にかける声に癒されました。
ご飯は、少ないけど、色、艶、香り、味、5点満点で5点。
また、寄りたいお店。

配膳ひとり、キッチンひとりでいっぱいいっぱいな感じ。
ホールを担当されていた女性の方はそれでも丁寧に一所懸命対応してくれました。
ただ、呑兵衛にはアラカルト＆ワインボトルの場合、コスパは良くないです。あまり食べていないのにびっくりするような金額でした。

遅い時間のランチにとなり、ご対応頂けるお店が無い中、『ワインビストロバル タパス』さんが開いてらっしゃってランチを頂きました。
全てのランチが１０００円（税込み）ライス・スープ付きでメインが４種です。
その中から『A ハンバーグ（２０２１年３月）』をオーダー、早速サラダとスープが登場し頂くと、サラダもスープも美味しいです。
続いてメインのハンバーグが登場。頂くとワインの甘みと酸味が効いているソースに、柔らかいハンバーグが良く合って美味しいです。
ソースにワインが「ガツン」と効いているので正直好みが分かれるとは思うのですが、私は好きなソース、勿論ご飯も進みステキなランチです。
これだけハンバーグが美味しいと、他三種のランチ『B ポークソテー』『C チキンソテー』『D 牛タンカレー』も期待できます。
お店の内観も長居ができるチェアでは無いものの、クラシカルで落ち着いた雰囲気で、特に、ご対応頂いた奥様でしょうか女性のスタッフ様のあたたかさに「ありがとうございます」と心の中でお礼をさせて頂きました。
１０００円でこのクオリティを頂けるのは虎ノ門の洋食系の中では中々ございません。『ワインビストロバル タパス』さんのランチおススメです。

Honestly, I think that the taste is different because the wine is effective in the sauce, but I like the sauce, of course, the rice is also advanced and it is a wonderful lunch.
If the hamburger is so delicious, you can expect three other types of lunch, "B pork saute," "C chicken saute," and "D beef tanqueray."
Although the interior of the shop is not a chair that allows you to stay longer, it has a classical and calm atmosphere, and in particular, I would like to thank my wife or the female staff for their warmth. I had it.

虎ノ門駅から徒歩1分、立地は抜群です！
店内はそこまで広くなく、カウンターが8席ほど、テーブルが4つ4人がけでした。
スペインバルのため、タパスやアヒージョなどスペイン料理を注文できます。シェフが海外の一流料理店で修行と記載があったこともあり結構凝ったメニューという印象でした。
お腹いっぱい食べるには結構1品あたりの単価が高いと感じました。大人2人 4品＋ドリンク3杯を注文して8000円程度だったので、ある程度お金に余裕を持っていきたいやや高めなバルという感じです。
口コミを見ていると、ランチがコスパ良さそうなので、ランチ時ならもう1度行ってみたいです！

I felt that the unit price per item was quite high to eat full. I ordered 4 dishes + 3 drinks for 2 adults and it was about 8000 yen, so it feels like a rather expensive bar that I want to have some money to spare.
Looking at the reviews, lunch seems to be good, so I would like to go there again at lunch time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice western style izakaya ?. I went there for dinner. There is a great selection of wine ? and small Mediterranean dishes ?. The tapenade is really tasty and the house wine is good.
If you are at the counter, you can watch the chef ?? cook. Service is good.
